Hello Anamaria, We also have travel experiences one to two times per year for our donors. We track these in Elevated Events, which works out quite well since our donors do have to pay to attend (and part of their payment is a tax deductible donation). In Elevated Events we're able to track the invitee list, everyone's responses, and other details such as dietary restrictions and travel buddies.
