Donor Relations Details - How do you do it?

Curious to hear how other organizations are tracking donor relations data in Tessitura, more specifically:

• Naming opportunities - (commissions, concerts, musicians, etc) - both in perpetuity and annual gifts that need a term date
• Physical recognition -  (spaces, seat plaques, buildings)

Data points that I'm looking to organize and manage in Tessitura for each particular donor sponsored asset:

• Gift restriction(s)
• Gift term length (or end date)
• Initial fund amount
• Current gift amount
• Who receives a fund report
• History of the asset (who received this naming for each year)
