Hello, I have a user who is set up in our Development user group that is experiencing greyed out tabs on the Batch Details screen.
This user group is set up with all the correct credentials from what I can tell, but clearly something was missed. The user is not set up as a manager (tested with that checked off and no change).
Please let me know if you've encountered this!

Hi, Frank. From your screenshot it looks like the batch is in a Held Status. If the user opens the batch, are the tabs still not accessible?
