Hi Tessitura Community,
My colleagues and I are looking into a data cleaning ecosystem that can do simple things such as changing addresses to the proper abbreviations (Street -> St) and proper capitalization (JANE SMITH -> Jane Smith.) Right now, we are considering Experian Data Quality or Zeta since they integrate with Tessitura. With that being said, we were hoping to get a better idea of how other organizations have been able to use the service before we dive into it.
Thank you in advance!
Hi Justice,
We use Zeta here at DMPA (and I used them previously at my former Tessitura using employer). I love it. It's a relatively easy process to do the NCOA update since Zeta worked with Tessitura to make the NCOA utility. I do any NCOA update once a quarter (as the USPS requirement is every 90 days). I do the process on the middle month of the quarter (Feb, May, Aug, Nov). This way I can get an NCOA done before end of calendar year for Development. So far, I've submitted the documentation in the morning and the process has been done within a couple hours (and we are processing well over 300,000 records). The cost also can't be beat. Zeta's price point is far less that Experian. The caveat is, Zeta does not do live updating, at least as far as I know. Someone at your organization would have to do the process to have the NCOA update done.
If you'd like to talk about Zeta, feel free to send me an email. My email is christopherc@dmpa.org.

Hi Chris,
I appreciate your response! It is super helpful to know that Zeta has made it really easy. That was the one ecosystem that I could not find a lot of information about. Currently my boss is out of town but when she gets back the following week, I will reconnect with her and send you an email!
With warm regards,
Justice
