Hey all,We're having an odd issue where some source codes populate in Donate2 but others source codes are not. Has anyone had a similar experience and can you help me out? I am sure I am missing a step in connecting the source codes to Donate2 but am not sure what happened in this process.
These are all of the codes showing up in Donate2 and we have about 6 of them in Tess that are not showing up in Donate2

In your Tessitura Integration settings on Donate2, there should be a refresh button to refresh the connection and then your source codes should show up, does that work?
Hmm, I don't see a refresh button in the Tess integration. I could be very well missing where it is located
If you click on Live Environment, another screen options. Under diagnostics and cache, hit the Refresh Cache button.
