Hi all,
I was wondering how other organizations are automating receipts, especially if a donor makes multiple gifts throughout the year that would require changes to GSV. We currently have to manually change the GSV on receipts for declined benefits and if someone upgrades to a new membership/gives throughout the FY. Additionally, wondering how others are using the V16 contribution automation and if GSV is taken into account?
