I recently started at Pasadena Playhouse and am becoming more familiar with Tessitura after taking the online training course. I am working on data hygiene for our board of trustees and am attempting to pull a list of all the trustees by total contributions for this fiscal year. Since several of these trustees' contributions are entered through their household profile and not their individual profiles, they are not appearing in the list because the board member constituency is connected to the individual profile, not the household.
Is there a way to include both? What criteria would I need to set in order to capture all contributions from both the individual and household accounts? Any advice or steps in the right direction are greatly appreciated.
