missing sources?

Some things I always double check are the campaign, appeal and source dates…? Just something to try.

Why would some outside sources not be valid for use in contribution editor?  I'm extra confused because I have outside sources set up same way in same appeal, and some of them are valid and some of them are not.  What am I missing?  Forgetting?  Overlooking?

I look forward to some clarification.
