We are running into an issue with address line for new accounts. Some of our new account made through TNEW shows the street number in address line 1, and the rest of the street name, apt, etc. falls into address line 2.
For example: Full address is 12345 Valley Street Apt A1.
What correct address should look like:
Address line 1: 12345 Valley Street
Address line 2: Apt A1
What actually shown in their address tab:
Address line 1: 12345
Address line 2: Valley Street Apt A1
The rest (city, state, zip) is however correct. We have worked with Tess to figure why this happen but we are still stumped. I am wondering if anyone has encounter this issue. Any information would be much appreciated.

Yes! We get a few of these "numeric street1 + rest-of-the-address on street2" records every week. Not a large number of them, but a non-zero number, every week. Initially I tended to assume user error, but they have appeared often enough, regularly enough, that I am ready to consider a TNEW bug.
No idea when they started appearing, but maybe over the last year or so?
YES! not particularly a large number for us too! around ~20 something every month! I wonder if there is a screening problem on the website that randomly break addresses off.
