Hey Everyone,

Our Dev. department has decided to add a couple of new levels to their membership structure.

Any words of advice or wisdom for me as I make these changes. There will be a few people who will be in a new "level" so a quick little manual adjustment to their membership is no big deal.

I just want to make sure there is nothing that I am not thinking of before I go ahead with this.
