Hi there!
In V15 or V16, has anyone come up with a good way to clean up Plans and / or Portfolios? I'm talking you know no one will ever want to the data or the Worker's portfolio is in the 1000s and has difficulty loading.
We are on V15 but will, like everyone, eventually go onto 16.
We have one worker who's portfolio is in desperate need of a clean up. Thoughts?

In fact I'd like to invoke Rebecca Harriman and that magic utility that she mentioned.
You want to keep all the plan data - that's historic relationship gold. But if you take it out of their face they can have their life back. And maybe there is a custom field for the indication that they were the plan worker in case they want to use that in analytics

Depending on who often you need to tidy this up ... if it's a one off immediate job I'd just "do it in SQL"
