Donor Prospecting: List of donors giving $500+ each year for the last 5 years

Hi folks,

I am struggling to find a clear way to report out on a donor prospect question. From our existing donor base, we'd like to get a list of anyone who has given $500+ per year (philanthropy, not ticket sales) for the last 5 years. I tried getting at this through Extraction Manager and Analytics but wasn't able to figure it out. Any ideas? Reports/Dashboards?
