It was brought to my attention that MasterCard will be changing its rules in regards to recurring charges in 2023. While it is mostly focused on subscription services like Netflix, it will include recurring donations. It would require monthly receipts to be sent via email to any monthly donor with an email address. Has anyone else seen this and making plans to address the issue?

From what I read, it looks like non-profits with low chargeback rates are exempt? I'm definitely keeping an eye to see if other cards follow suit, though!
