Hello,
The dev department here frequently uses holds to keep specific seats for our donors until the box office can follow up on the CSI we send to book those seats. This system works just fine, but I am wondering if there is a way to officially link the hold and the CSI in Tess-- right now I just mention which seats are held in my CSI.
