Hi all, is there truly no way to make batch changes from one plan solicitor to another? When a staff member leaves, we need to be able to add the new plan worker in but retain the prior one and at present we are doing them plan by plan. Can anyone offer a solution? Thank you.
By making a list with the constituents whose plans you are needing to update. You can then use this list in Plans Maintenance tool to update all the plans in bulk including the worker details.
