This may be a very dumb question, but does anyone know if there's anything special you need to do to refund a contribution that has been restricted?
Hello. This is Margaret with Tessitura Support. There isn't anything special you need to do, per se. If you need to apply the funds to a different contribution for the same member, then you can refund to On Account. If you need to refund and apply the funds to a different member, then you will want to refund to a Gift Certificate so you can apply it to the other household/member.
