I'm not sure if there is anything out there- I have searched but everything that has come up is from over 10 years ago! With in-person programming and donor benefits back I am looking for a way to use tessitura to track these benefits, specifically underwriting shows/performances. As an organization that isn't a producing house we are unique- but I'm hoping to chat with some folks to see what part of tessitura they are using to track their benefits.

Hi Catherine! So when you say underwriting shows/performances, do you mean tracking who is underwriting which show/performance? If so, one thought I would have would be to create designations for those shows and performances and tie them to the gift. We've also just started using the Philanthropy section of the Research tab to note which production(s) are being sponsored by a donor in a single season (since for our benefits some folks can sponsor more than one production depending on the size of their gift). In terms of other benefits, we're currently using Premiums to track tangible benefits (donor cards, drink tickets, gifts, etc.) but I also know that in V16 tracking benefits will be better tied to the membership itself (are you using memberships?).
