Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the issues with credit card processing in Tessitura, specifically Amex cards? Tessitura is not allowing me to run Amex cards, and we aren't getting any answers from Tessitura other than "we're working on it." Our donors primarily use Amex, and I have a large amounts of donations sitting on my desk that I can't process because of this error. Wondering if anyone has heard anything from Tessitura about what is going on, or if anyone has found creative solutions? This has been going on for a week now. We're trying to contact donors and convince them to try giving on our website, but I admit I don't know if their Amex will go through there, either. Donors are rightly frustrated that I can't collect their generous donations in a timely manner, and I can't offer any timeline as to when I may be able to charge them. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this and I want you to know that this has been our highest priority here today. This has been a very difficult defect to reproduce as it does not happen with every transaction. We have identified the root cause and have developed the fix today. On Monday morning first thing we will determine the best way to roll out the fix. This defect affects v15.2.28 only and does not affect ecommerce payments that flow through hosted payment windows in TNEW.
