Curious to how/where others are entering donor capacity and likelihood to give. My initial thought is to use rankings. For context, after some research that we've conducted we are looking to add likelihood to give (high, medium, low) as well as a giving capacity to about 3k records.

We use iWave to calculate capacity so that automatically gets added to their iWave screen under the Custom tab. We just started using rankings to track likelihood of giving for certain types of gifts, though it's based on internal data rather than specific research we've done, so it auto-updates for us.
Thanks for sharing! Very helpful. We've used iWave to generate capacity as well and it sounds like going that route would be more dynamic if capacity changes for a donor. Our consultants came up with an additional/alternative capacity rating after we sent detail from iWave for constituent records so looking for a location to store this if possible as well.
