I am trying to pull get a list of single ticket buyers and subscribers from the past three years, which I am able to do with the performance report. However I also need their addresses and salutations and I can't figure out how to have those two additional things included. Maybe I need to be creating a list rather than a report?

At the top of those report there should be an option that says Save as List (looks like this)
This will allow you to save it as a Tessitura list, then you can output the data you need based on that.
