Pledge Billing Utility Due Date

Hello!

When we run the utility and export to a CSV/Excel doc, there is no due date for the pledge. There is a count of how many days until the pledge is due but not the actual date. Our Systems Administrator has to look up each donor to get their due date for our letters.

Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to automate this? Thanks!

Hi Amanda,

You can determine the due date with a formula. In the excel sheet I add 2 columns to right of no_days. First one has the report run date. Next column is a formula that subtracts the no_days from the report run date. This will give you the due date.
