Is there a way to email an Acknowledgment letter?
Has anyone successfully generated them? I would assume that they cannot be altered, but merely be a form letter. Or can they?
Currently, we are able to send receipts for ticket purchases and have text appear if a donation is added to the order (for tax purposes). If a donor calls, having lost the letter, it can be resent.
Anything like this for contributions?

Hopefully, I'm following this correctly, but what we've been doing is generating acknowledgement data files and lists in Tessie and merging them up with a separate report that pulls emails.
We merge the cleaned up file into a form letter (altering it in special cases) and email directly from Word.
Is that what you're trying to do?
