Hey list or forum or whatever,
We're interested in setting up an acknowledgement letter that includes information from the payment schedule of a contribution. Does anyone already have a customized acknowledgment format like this that you're willing to share? Or does anyone get the same results some other way (e.g. is there a canned report I don't know about)?

We had our Database Administrator create an enhanced "Ack Letter for Mail Merge" report that includes 24 new fields:
Payment 1 amount
Payment 1 date
Payment 2 amount
Payment 2 date
(and so on... through 12 payments)
These fields work into a mail merge letter and nicely outlines a donor's payment schedule. If they exceed 12 payments (which is rare), our letter just inserts a red, bold warning statement "exceeds 12 payments" so that our acknowledgment person can easily identify, pull and customize those letters.
