Hi Guys,
Hope you can help, I've searched and I know I've seen information about this somewhere but I'm sure there are instructions or a guide to use T-Stats to show Subscribers who are not Donors? If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome!
Paul
Hi Paul,
In Tessitura you could create an Extraction where you first set a suppression segment of your donors, followed by a segment of your subscribers. Save the subscribers segment as a list, as it will contain only the subs who are not donors.
Then in T-Stats, if you have version 2.0 you can use the List-based filter to show results only using these constituents.

I don’t think it has the exact example you are looking for, but the T-Stats Recipe Book has many step by step reporting examples:

Thanks guys, I've been perusing the Recipe book. I know I've seen it somewhere, and it was probably a webcast that I'll have to watch again :-)
I found it in a recorded webcast here http://www.tessituranetwork.com/webinars/Webinar 100623 - T-Stats v2.0 in Action - playback.wvx and is located around 48 minutes into the webcast. Very useful.
