Hi All,
I'm not sure if this is the best place for this question, but it's probably a good place to start. One of our new Major Gift Officers isn't seeing her Steps on the Reminders page. The Steps look like they're set up correctly to me, so I tried to add some too. I don't see mine either. ALl of these have due dates, and we've tried it with and without due dates.I have a widget on her Analytics dashboard for Upcoming Steps as well and that is totally blank. Both the widget and the Reminders screen work for other employees, but not for me or the PG Officer. I can find her Steps using a list, and using the Step Detail report but the Reminders page should work and would be a better fit than sending her a scheduled report every day (which is my current work around). It could be user error as Steps and Plans aren't part of my every day, but it's looking more and more like there could be an issue?Does it sound like I'm missing something obvious?
Thanks for sharing any insights!!

Hi Jenny,How far in advance are the due dates? The Reminders page works based on the "Show As Of" date which is defaulted to today's date. This means, if the step isn't due for another month or whenever, it will not show up as it isn't due yet. If you want the steps to show up ahead of when they are due, you will need to add "Warn Days" to the step relative to how much of a lead up you are wanting (e.g. 10 days, 3 days, etc). Alternately, if you just want to see if they are there at all in the Reminders page, you can change the "Show As Of" date to the future date when you have set them to be completed by.
Hope that helps,
Stephanie
Thank you, Stephanie.
I feel like I've tried it all. Setting the warn date way out, setting them with short warn dates, no dates, and being aware of my Show As Of date. I'm really baffled. I've set my due dates out a month, a few days, and even in the past (I don't know, I wanted to be thorough). Nothing is coming up. I've messed with all of the check boxes at the top of the Reminders screen, and there is no change.

Hi Jenny -
Do you have the user's constituent ID listed in their account in Tessitura Security? You need to link the user to the constituent ID in order for Steps to appear in the My Reminders screen. See the documentation here. After adding this, the user will need to re-login for the changes to take effect.
If that is set and you're still not seeing the steps, please go ahead and open a Support ticket and the team can take a look.
Thanks!
