We have one page giving enabled and have noticed a few instances where contributions have been added to an existing account due to the same email address being used, however a different donor name and address was used (example, an Executive Assistant entering an email address for multiple contributions). This results in tax receipts being sent to the incorrect people. Has anyone found a way to work around this issue?
