We are looking for feedback on cash basis reporting within Tess, meaning the ability to pull gift data that excludes pledges and includes pledge payments. We use this information for solicitations, acknowledgements, analysis, etc.
It seems that through with List Manager we are unable to retrieve pledge payments. We are experiencing a similar issue with many canned reports (within Reports & Utilities), unless they are specifically pledge or GL focused which limits the amount of data we can pull with these tools/
Please let us know any tips, tricks or tools you have used to extract pledge payment info (such as donor name, payment date, payment amount) with other non-pledge contributions.
