Hi team!
We are trying to set up our 2022 Funds and Campaigns.
We run multiple Campaigns a year which are associated with several funds.
For example:
Our 2022 Youth Programs (Campaign) is funded by Individual Giving, Foundations, Government and Sponsors.
However
Our 2022 Career Pathways (Campaign) is ALSO funded by Individual Giving, Foundations, Government and Sponsors.
Sadly I can create one Campaign perfectly with goals etc and attach various funds to it, but then cannot do the same thing again for another campaign as it says 'Fund already associated with another campaign'.
We just want one streamlined approach starting with choosing a Fund > Campaign > Designation. How does this work if you have multiple funds which need to support multiple campaigns?
Here is a flowchart of what we are trying to achieve:

Any advice would be fabulous!
Hi Freya,Our organization does the same thing with our Capital Campaign and Annual Fund set up as "Campaigns" and our Individual, Corporate, Government funds associated with each.In order to work around the "fund already associated with another campaign" limitation we created multiple versions of each "fund:" i.e. we created an "Individual - AF" fund and "Individual - CC" fund both associated with our Individual Giving GL.Hopefully this works for you as well!
