We are attempting to take a look at the giving trends of our donors to see how much money we specifically raise annually from our subscribers. However, due to the Event Cancelation Utility moving the value of unused tickets from canceled performances during the pandemic is giving us inaccurate totals. Has anyone successfully found a report or work around that would remove these funds? Basically we only want to see what people intentionally gave as a donation versus what was donated on their behalf.
