Forgive me re-posting this but I'm not sure I used the right terminology the first time.
I would like to report on donor churn - movement in and out of memberships and up and down across levels. To answer questions like:
How many people gave in 2008 but not in 2009?
- Which levels were they in?
- What does the lost income = in dollars?
How many people gave more in 2009 than in 2008?
- What does this amount to in dollars?
How many people gave less in 2009 than in 2008?
- What does this = in dollars lost?
I know the NRR and Macro trends are involved in answering these questions but I'm not sure which reports to use.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
