Hello!
We are new to Tessitura and coming to the end of the first pledges for monthly giving we set up in the database. I'm noticing that the Final Installment Ack Letter type is not being assigned to the final payments for the pledges that are set up with CC billing.
I did some looking through the forums and found a couple of posts about this from 5+ years ago, but nothing since then, and I couldn't tell if this had been resolved--and if so, how?
