Its board assessment time and we are having a hard time pulling info together on BOD activities.
I am looking into ways of tracking all BOD activities in Tess for next season.
Does anyone track cultivation activities that are not event related? For example, if a trustee brings a guest to the theater for a show- do you track that with a CSI? Do you create and activity?
Has anyone built a board assessment report in tess?
