I work for a Canadian charity, and we want to move to e-receipting. I would like to know if there are other Canadian charities using the e-receipting functionality. If your charity is issuing e-receipts from Tessitura, how are you finding it and are there any issues to be aware with this utility?
If you’re not using this function but are still sending out e-receipts, can you let me know how this is being done for your organization?

Using e-receipts with Tessitura currently requires customizations to match CRA regulations. Some of the issues can be found in this thread: Emailing tax receipts - Discussions - Canada Tessitura Community - Tessitura Network Tessitura has committed to solving the issues and is currently building the workplan for it. The hope is the fix will be released in V16.
