Panel Discussion: A Holistic Approach to DEAI in Arts Philanthropy
There are many ways to address DEAI and antiracism in arts philanthropy – diversifying donors, creating new opportunities for support through targeted initiatives and programs, engaging your board around your organization’s own DEAI practices, and much more. But too often, we focus on just one of these lenses without considering the need for a holistic approach to dismantling the inequities inherent in fundraising. In this session, hear from peers and funders about successful ways to approach this work and increase support through authentic and effective DEAI-focused programs and strategies.
