A person purchases a membership as a gift. for a friend. All communications are to go to the friend, except for renewal notices which are to go to the benefactor.
Can this be done? If so, how?

If you are using the Membership Renewal Notices - when you create a new Renewal Effort in TR_RENEWAL_EFFORT you are able to specify whether the effort should be sent to the Membership Purchaser or Membership Holder in the Send Ind column. This should offer you the flexibility that you are seeking.

We haven't been using this. We've just used Extractions to get lists to send to mail house or to upload into TMS.
I'll take a look at this.
