I'm new to this database. The e-calsses have been very helpful, but I'm still having troubles with extractions. I need to generate a list of donors who made a contribution LAST YEAR of $250 or less, but have not made a donation this year. What is the best way to go about this?

The Campaign Giving Comparison report is intended to provide you with LYBNT lists. You can run the report and then save the results to a list. And if you wanted to use it with an extraction, you can create a segment in an extraction that references the list.
