One year into the pandemic and we now have a large number of tickets returned in benevolent mode. We have a group of trackers and dashboards to indicate the amounts but we'd like to indicate on each constituent record the amount someone may have donated through ticket donations.
The current idea is to add a manual attribute to each record and then pull that attribute into the Flex header.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how to indicate these values to constituent record? Even better if you have ideas about how to convert RTB tickets to proper contributions!
