My name is Carlos, and I'm relatively new to Tessitura. While the videos and help from my colleagues have been pretty helpful so far, I've run into a situation that no one can seem to figure out. Here's my dilemma: I'm trying to pull a list of all contributions from constituents for a calendar year. I've managed to figure out both Donor FY Giving Summary and the Constituent Contribution Summary Receipt Utility. However, when looking at the data, it doesn't include the individual pledge payments made within the set dates. Is there a way to do this via another report or via an element in an output settings through a list?
Any help, insight, and some good vibes (cause it's stressing me out), would be sincerely appreciated.

Hey there,
Pledge payments drive me up the wall so in order to help out my dev department I made this SSRS report for pledge schedules (from code I borrowed from Clint Dawley from Dallas Zoo). The totals are in separate columns to make it easy to filter and total in excel. If you want I can send the Stored Procedure and .rdl file over. This one is for our Capital Campaign and shows the pledge schedule listing the payed and unpaid. It also works for our Education - Advanced Training course which is payed in installments as pledges.
We are almost ready to mail off our gift summary letters and it was a nightmare to pull out using a combo of pledge payments, output sets, and fund activity. Every single line had to be checked manually and I'm going to have nightmares for weeks that we missed something. Having this would have been SO MUCH EASIER. Hi Heath! Would also love a copy if possible! We've been trying to find a way to manage donors with capital and multiple annual pledges, and this may just be the report we're looking for. Thanks! tlogan@publictheater.org
