I work for a museum that is open everyday of year and I am trying to pull lists of certain criteria's (i.e; 2019 birthday celebrations) and when I use List Manager, I need to add everyday of 2019 birthdays in order to get the accurate list of any birthdays we hosted in 2019. The issue is Tessitura will only allow a certain amount of selections to be pulled for each criteria selected. Does anyone have any insight into another way to pull this list in List Manager? I use the Ticket History Performance criteria setting under Ticketing. I have tried Order Export Utility in Reports & Utilities but this pulls the list very differently and is not convenient when you want to do a mailing with salutations and such. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Are your birthday celebrations sold as a ticketed event? (I'm assuming that's how they show up in Ticket History). Do they have a specific event type or season in common that's unique to them? That's generally how I pull Ticket History performances when I need more performances than I can individually select - i.e. when I want all of our children's classes, I have an List Element for Ticket History Season and can just pull "2020-2021 Classes" rather than individually select them all.
I actually just got off the phone with our Tessitura advisor and she advised me to use Ticket History Production Season and this would generate the same information without having to individually select each performance date. Thank you!
