I am interested to see if others in the community have successfully used "Plans" in Tessitura and the Moves Management module to support the sales team. Most specifically Group Sales, but I would be interested in anyone using this for CRM purposes. Ideally, I could learn more about Plans and to see what flexibility and customization is possible out of the box.
