Hi there!
Those of you who use the TNEW Contribute pages, what did you do to make your pages more donor friendly and would you share links to your donate pages? What customizations did you implement to get your end result?
We're looking to make tweaks and changes to our donate pages to make them easier for our donors but would love to see examples in action.
Our website for reference: https://tickets.phoenixtheatre.com/donate/contribute1
Thank you!
Kari
Not sure they're Donor friendly we're still new to using them effectively but we did tweak the messaging (with a little html to help styling) on each level in light of covid - we also added a CSI to capture intent for monthly giving which is followed up on by the philanthropy team and added links to the page to alert people to our Donor patron membership.

I also use embedded links for suggested giving when we do a segmented campaign so there are less clicks e.g
https://tickets.swf.org.au/donate/contribute1?ct=13&amount=50 (the ct= is the actual donation ID from LTR_TNEW_CONTRIB_TYPE)
We've also used the one page giving form for bigger campaigns so that there are only 2 pages per click - you can also embed links to pre populate amounts on that too and do a lot of simple styling.
Its not in use at the moment but this is an example of one we used for a Donor event with a customised the URL slug.
https://tickets.swf.org.au/donate/q/event - this was linked to an elevated event fund.
To supplement the giving campaigns we also invested in a Tessitura customisation with their consultancy team (it cost around 2K at the time as a very rough guide and about 1 month to implement with testing / tweaking) which would auto receipt donations of a certain level.
We also made use of the source code overrides and ability to customise individual pages further in product editor directly in TNEW
Let me know if you want any more info.
Thanks
Louise
