Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to reconfigure our membership structure and would appreciate any tips on how to get the following to work:
- In this example, there's a higher level donor who expires on 9/30/2020. They're projected to give at that same level in December. They ended up giving a small additional donation in July causing a pending lower level membership that is scheduled to start October 1st. Is there a way to keep the Higher level membership that expires 9/30 until December and then have it switch over to the lower level membership if they don't make the originally intended donation?
