We are getting ready for our fall fundraiser, which will be virtual/online. Is there a platform to manage a fundraising event - registration & auction - that integrates with Tessitura?
We'd welcome any suggestions or recommendations!
Thanks

Hi Emily -
We don't have any official integration with a fundraising platform for auctions, but we're always eager to hear what our members are using!
Best,
Heather
Hi Emily!
We (Adrienne Arsht Center) created a Tessitura integration with MobileCause for donations. We haven't explored the MobileCause registration & auction functionality quite yet, but we can reach out to our account rep to see how they work. It is possible that the integration we wrote would work for auctions as it does for donations.
Feel free to contact me directly if you want to explore this option, nkeating@arshtcenter.org.

Thanks Nicole that's interesting - we also developed a quick donation form that integrates, so maybe there are parallels. I will follow up and will include our manager of special events (also a Nicole!) and we can compare notes.
Thanks again,Emily
Hi Heather,We are using Qtego and have used them for our silent and live auctions, but never for registration or event ticket purchases. We'll be happy to share what we develop as we go forward. Thanks,Emily
Thanks Emily, I'm definitely keen to hear how it goes and how working with the company goes for you.
Boston Ballet has used GiveSmart (Community Brands) for the past couple of years and I am personally pretty happy with it, minus the fact that it's a fully manual process to get the data back into Tessitura. Was really interested in the work that the integrations team is working on, that they spoke about in the Open House today, and would love to see a auction/elevated events platform integration (agnostic or otherwise) added in the future.
We too are using GiveSmart. I saw that The Public in NYC has also used it too. We needed a new online auction platform and I am really enjoying theirs. They also have some great import/exports for the data that can then be put into to Tess if needed. I second the potential future for adding an auction/event software as a future ecosystem partner for Tessitura.
Here at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee we are using OneCause for online auctions, raffles, appeals and elevated event registrations. But it is all manual entry to get the information into Tessitura. We really would love something integrated with Tessitura to save on that manual entry time by staff.
Thanks for the suggestion - based on what I'm seeing from the other comments on this thread, it sounds like we could all benefit from an integrated partner!
