All of us have named places...for instance, at our zoo, we have named statues, play areas, & buildings such as the Lacerte Family Children's Zoo or the Gene & Jerry Jones Atrium. Does anyone have any advice or best practices of how to track these in Tessitura? Currently, we have a spreadsheet outside of Tess, but would love to get it tracked within the system.
It has been suggested to use Program Names but that doesn't seem like it accomplishes what I need.
I'm thinking of using Documents (new).
One of our goals would be to run a list by Document Category to see a complete list of named spaces and we could use the list to do a yearly audit, etc.
I like Documents (new) also, because we can add a photo of the named space.
Thoughts?
Is there anything in TR_THEATRE that would work for you? We have a different business focus obs. but that's where we store location (including Board Member's homes if we are doing a philanthropy function there)
