How can we be sure that we are speaking to their values and motivations, even as we assert the importance of their support to us? How can we increase our chances of retaining as many members as possible? How can we ensure new members see the benefits of membership beyond this time, and what can we learn from them? We invite you to join in this conversation with your colleagues and peers.
We’ll introduce the discussion prompt, then we’ll separate into small video discussion groups. We’ll leave time at the end for takeaways.
