I'm interested in knowing how often we all pull acknowledgment letters. Under normal circumstances, the San Francisco Symphony pulls acknowledgment letters every 2 weeks for contributions given in the previous 14 days.

Hello, the LA Phil is on a weekly schedule.
Olney Theatre also send acknowledgements weekly (we usually pull on Monday for the previous week Saturday to Friday).
Broadway Sacramento - weekly for regular contributions. Upon receipt for sponsorships or extraordinary contributions.
Our directive is to generate them every day for any size contribution, although this is not always realistic and can be every 2-3 days.
Both my current and previous organization aim for daily, with it lapsing to every 2-3 days during the busiest season.
We are doing this weekly during our closure but run them daily when normally operating.
