I have a question regarding memberships. How does your organization handle donations that are made from specific fundraising efforts? Are they automatically given memberships or do they have to specifically request it? Are memberships only given to those who donate for that purpose?

Hi Valeri,In Australia, it is illegal to provide any stated benefit after a donation so we cannot "give a membership" in this regard.Generally, we set up a Campaign, Fund, and associated Appeals for a specific fundraising effort. We then track the performance via an Analytics dashboard that includes widgets with demographic, socio-economic, engagement, and fiscal outputs.From this, we create Lists to further engage with our patrons.
