Online Donor Listings

Hello everyone,

We're looking at best ways to list our donors online as a benefit alternative to having our standard listing in physical program books. Has anyone done this already or seen other organizations doing something similar? Any advice on formatting, maintenance, automation for online donor listings is much appreciated!

Best,

  • Hi Anamaria,

We just launched this! We are listing our Gala donors online (in lieu of printed Gala programs).

If you visit https://publictheater.org/support-us/events-benefits/virtual-event/weareonepublic/ and scroll to the Donors section, those headings and listings are pulling straight from Tess through a stored procedure (plus some web magic by our in-house web designers to group the names together under their headings).

I have some timing built in to the stored procedure so our Special Events team has until 1:00 pm every day to review new names from the day prior; at 1:00 pm yesterday's names are automatically included.

Feel free to reach out to me if you're interested in how we set it up (ssur@publictheater.org).
