Our organization is currently in transition from Raiser's Edge to Tessitura. Our Go-live is July 22nd and we can't wait to have the system up and running!
I'm looking to see what other organizations out there do for write/raise's for special events. i.e. When a board member says they will commit $100k to the gala, where they will raise $75k and write a check for the remaining $25k. if they don't raise the full $75k, they end up covering the remaining portion themselves.
We've currently been tracking this on excel sheets, but we really want to take advantage of Tessitura and keep as much in the system as possible!
If anyone currently tracks this in Tessitura and would be willing to share, We would greatly appreciate it!!
Please forgive me if this topic already exists somewhere else, I had trouble finding anything on this topic.
