we've never tried to run these through Tessitura before but because of current situations we aren't able to run cards through our front of house point of sales system, I'm trying to charge people for the shipping cost on items they won in an online auction, I don't really want to put them through Contributions (which is what Finance seems to be pushing me to do) because I don't want it to look like a contribution and skew report numbers in the future, has anyone else dealt with this, is there a way to put it as a service fee via a contribution, I know there are obviously fees in Ticketing but what about Contributions, just looking for a way to charge peoples credit cards without affecting what looks like their contributions
